Partial Audio Sequencer Bundle (Eden + Loom)

Eden is a multipattern poly-rhythmic sequencer that can generate texture-like MIDI note output (characterized by swarms or waves)

Loom (previously MIDI Matrix) is a more rhythmic sequencer with a unique 6 voice polyphony similar to Eden.

Both devices are designed to deliver exceptional performance and creativity in studio and live performance situations. You can check out the User Manual over at the website for complete details. The manual is currently for the previous version of Loom. The new versions will be added soon!

How are Loom and Eden different?

The main difference is that Eden is polyrhythmic (each pattern can have a different time signature) while the patterns of Loom are synced together. This results in a few inherent differences between the two devices.

Loom, being completely tempo-synced, is preferred for playing rhythmic patterns, whereas Eden is more suitable for ethereal and wave-like patterns.

Both devices can be locked to tempo, but in Loom patterns are locked to each other.

Eden has a few additional features such as a one-shot mode, and the ability to completely unlock the device from Live's tempo. Loom has an added monophonic mode suitable for basslines.
